Delete your Beacon account

You can delete your account and ask us to delete your data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

In the app

1. Open Beacon and go to Settings.
2. Want a copy first? Choose Export my data.
3. Choose Delete my account and confirm. This can’t be undone.

By email

If you can’t get into the app, email privacy@getbeacon.org.nz from the email address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll check it’s you and respond within 20 working days.
